Because I am a Healing Artist, I understand that dis-ease and pain are the result of many factors. There are so many things YOU can do to help yourself be pain free.
 
Do you understand your own thoughts and emotions? Are you comfortable being alone and quiet? Toning, or making repetitive sounds while exhaling, can release large amounts of repressed emotional energy.
 
READ The Secret, The Power,  or Think and Grow Rich, among many others. These books help consolidate the concepts of Spirit working with Will to create physical reality. 
 
Analyze your habits: exercise, sleeping, eliminating toxins from your environment and body, and your relationship with food. Are these habits building or destroying health?

Healing can begin if the cells are provided with wholesome nutrition and adequate hydration.  The Body must move enough in order for the systems to get enough blood circulation to remove toxins and deliver the nutrition.

I have studied the entire Emotional Freedom Technique course and use it for everything almost daily. This  is one of my most useful tools and it really works for lots of people. Above link is the EFT site where you can learn the technique.  Go to ORDER and click FREE EFT MANUAL. There is no charge and you can change your delivery choices and never get anything from them again if you want but their info is most useful.

 

EFT reinforces The Script (Feelings Buried Alive Never Die) on a physical level by using the lymphatic and meridian points.

 

Doing the EFT technique on yourself takes about 90 seconds once you learn how to do it. I have perfected ways of doing it in public and no really one notices what I am doing.

Yoga and Meditation build health.
If you Google "how to meditate" you will  find many sources of information. Deepak Chopra has always suggested meditating as a source of healing. Trancendental Meditation has many students, and various studies have been conducted on the results of its programs. I have used Surat Shabd since 1978.
 
Yoga was developed as a system of clearing the lymph system and balancing the chakras- nothing like the Beautiful People workout at the gym most people visualise. A very good basic yoga DVD is Dr Yoga House Call (link below) Anyone in any shape can add yoga to their life and benefit, especially from the breathing techniques. 
Contact with Nature
Many benefits are free or very inexpensive when we know about plants as friends, food and medicine. Even a pot of Basil on the window sill facilitates healing by adding oxygen to the room and wonderful VOCs that soothe the mind.

We all get "sick" on occasion. I used to get pneumonia regularly. But my body eliminates toxins very fast now and I don't suppress any symptoms, so the flu-like aches and fever of detoxing are usually gone in a day or two. I stop eating, go to bed and drink herb teas and use plant extracts and essential oils to support my immune system. I use salt baths and clay packs. I also use the quiet time to understand myself better and enjoy being peaceful.

I was born in 1953 and I love life and I FEEL GREAT! I do not take ANY prescriptions or OTC medicines now, although I was taking many a few years back because I was depressed, in pain and dis-ease. I really use all the techniques and tools on this page. I stopped eating mammals and birds in 1972. I eat organic food from my farm. I practice hatha yoga and meditate every day. For cardio I walk a mile very fast and I garden and cut wood. I have Healing Sessions when I feel the need. I get Deep Muscle Massage Therapy.  I use herbs to boost mineral intake and help my body eliminate metals and clear the interference in my energy systems. And I also see my chiropractor regularly to help keep my nervous system functioning at its peak.
