Pre and Post Instruction Self Portraits by my Adult Students
The essential tool used to produce realistic art
is PERCEPTION. The process of acquiring skill with that tool can be taught
to anyone willing to spend the time to learn and practice it. This is just like learning to play a musical instrument or mastering
any skill. Sometimes a person is already painting, but knows that there is something not quite right with their art, because
their perception of spatial relationships and light is not fully developed and they need someone or something to help
them improve these skills.
